Tai Chi Qigong Classes
I am also a Tai Chi Qigong instructor in the Highlands and currently run classes in Dingwall. To find out more about how Qigong can benefit your health and well-being or book one of our classes, please visit my Shibashi Highlands website.
Dingwall Community Hall, Thursday afternoon 2.15pm - 3.15pm
The form we teach is Shibashi Set One which is easy to learn, comprising a gentle and fluid set of movements that are very enjoyable to practice. The soft, flowing motions allow for expansion and release, encouraging flexibility, better balance and suppleness. It is a wonderful form of self healing aimed at building healthy immune systems supporting our body, heart and mind.
Shibashi (pronounced Shi-ba-sha) translates to mean eighteen forms or movements. Practicing Tai Chi Qigong every day helps to strengthen us physically, emotionally and mentally. The gentle, slow movements are especially geared for people with injuries, chronic conditions and ideal for people with reduced flexibility as it does not put too much stress on muscles and joints if done correctly and can be practiced seated or standing.
Suitable for all ages, seniors and beginners welcome.
Health benefits include:-
