£60 for 1 hour 15 mins The session includes a brief consultation, hara diagnosis and aftercare recommendations. Shiatsu mini treatment £35 for 30 minutes Perfect as taster treatment, general declutter and rebalancing of your energy. Shiatsu deeper healing treatment £80 for 90 minutes This treatment allows more time for a full Shiatsu treatment and consultation, along with some energy field healing techniques to clear the energy in the aura around the body not directly worked with in traditional Shiatsu. Aftercare recommendations also given. Shiatsu taster session £15 for 20 minutes If you are new to Shiatsu and would like to try a taster, book in for a 20 minute session for £15. Shiatsu Treatment Programme
Shiatsu can be used to help with a wide range of symptoms that can be physical, emotional or mental. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment to come to a resolution with an issue especially if it's long held trauma or limiting belief systems held in the body, physical pain or emotional pain. As a guideline clients often start with weekly or fortnightly sessions and becoming less frequent as symptoms improve. If you decide that Shiatsu can help you with a problem or issue that you are trying to deal with then there is a discount available for block booking payments but can be extended to as many sessions as you need at the time.
