This treatment allows more time for a full Shiatsu treatment and consultation, along with some energy field healing techniques to clear the energy in the aura around the body not directly worked with in traditional Shiatsu. Aftercare recommendations also given.

Perfect as taster treatment, general declutter and rebalancing of your energy.

This is a joint session with Sarah and Crockett. A full Shiatsu treatment with energy healing to clear blocks in the aura around the body. Tools and techniques provided to use at home.

This is a hands off the body treatment with Crockett to clear, declutter and cleanse your energy field and clear your chakras so you feel refreshed, revitalised and grounded. ​Tools and breathing techniques provided to use at home.

Shiatsu Treatment Programme

​Shiatsu can be used to help with a wide range of symptoms that can be physical, emotional or mental. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment to come to a resolution with an issue especially if it's long held trauma or limiting belief systems held in the body, physical pain or emotional pain. As a guideline clients often start with weekly or fortnightly sessions and becoming less frequent as symptoms improve.

If you decide that Shiatsu can help you with a problem or issue that you are trying to deal with then there is a discount available for block booking payments but can be extended to as many sessions as you need at the time.
