Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the workshop once you have booked, do please let us know as soon as possible as it is possible to get a refund under some circumstances, and we may be able to fill your space with someone on a waiting list.
If you have paid for a workshop place and need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows:
If we cancel
Occasionally, in unavoidable circumstances we may need to cancel a booking. In these circumstances, you will get a full refund.
If you have paid for a workshop place and need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows:
- An administration fee of 15% is retained to cover our costs.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop you will receive a full refund, minus the administration fee.
- If you cancel within 7 to 14 days before it is due to start then we will try to refill your place and provided we do, we will offer you a full refund less any fees we have been charged by the card payment company, if this is applicable. If we cannot refill your space you will not be entitled to any refund.
- No refund is offered for cancellations received by us within 7 days of when a workshop is due to start or if you do not show up on the day of the workshop, unless this has been previously discussed with the workshop organisers.
