Your Shiatsu Session
Sessions take place in a warm, safe space where you remain fully clothed while your whole body is treated, bringing a sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing that supports your body’s own self healing. No oils are used.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs as a full medical diagnosis is given before the start of your session. I work with you to support, nourish and engage intuitively, addressing what is causing your ill health, not just treating the symptoms. My treatments support and complement any psychotherapy or western medical treatment you may be having.
There will be an opportunity to discuss possible changes to lifestyle, exercise and diet as well as the chance to learn relaxation and other self-help techniques that you can practise at home.
How many treatments will I need?
Each Shiatsu session is an individual treatment, helping your body to heal and restore balance at its own pace. We will go at the pace you are ready for.
Monthly maintenance sessions
Receiving regular treatments will keep your body and mind in balance and maintain health and wellbeing.
I see Shiatsu as a way of letting go of old patterns and belief systems that may be holding us back and preventing change. I help those who feel ready to make changes to their lives by supporting and nurturing the process through Shiatsu. Sarah
Had my first ever Shiatsu session from Sarah this morning. Feel as though she's released lots of tension that I've been holding on to. Feeling taller and lighter. Proper chilled out. Thank you Sarah will be definitely having some more Shiatsu. X
