We offer joint sessions combining Shiatsu and Energy Healing. These are powerful healing treatments that can help shift your energy and let go of patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you held in the body and energy field.
We hold our life in our body; everything we learn and all our emotional reactions to life's experiences are carried within us. Our emotional journey empowers us to move forward but sometimes we forget when it's time to let go and make space for new learning and growth. Sometimes we move on from difficult times but feel we are still reliving them. Shiatsu and energy healing together help release old emotions and limiting belief systems stuck in the body that maybe holding you back so you can live at your highest potential in the present. How does the joint session work? Sarah works with her partner Crockett Cresswell who is an experienced energy healer. Sarah works to release blocks in the body through Shiatsu and Crockett works in the energy field helping you let go of what maybe holding you back and causing pain or an emotional block. Shiatsu and Energy Field Healing are two halves of a whole healing system that works with the Ki inside and outside the body. |
About Crockett Cresswell
Crockett is an experienced energy healer and reiki master. His sensitivity to energy started in 1997 after two head injuries made him oversensitive to other people's energies, and started feeling their pain in his own body. He has studied reiki, tai chi, qigong and shiatsu (completing 2 of the 3 years course) trying to learn how to switch off or turn down this sensitivity. In 2004 he studied Energy Field Healing which taught him many of the tools he uses today. As a therapist, he now helps people release their own imbalances by letting go of old energetic patterns held within the body and layers of the aura. He also provides support and coaching for those becoming sensitive to chi or Qi, or overwhelmed by their environment.
