Energy Hygiene Workshop
Saturday 12th April 2025 - 10am - 2pm
Let go of other people's stress and learn to hold your space
How clear is your Energy Field or Aura?
We often can't tell as most people can't see their aura (energy field). We are aware of how we feel in any moment though; we might feel drained or tired, can't think clearly, feel low mood or emotionally heavy. Everything seems to be fine on the outside, and there’s no reason to feel low, but somehow it feels there’s a dark cloud of heavy energy following you around. And that’s where energy cleansing comes in. It’s a powerful practice of purifying and rejuvenating your energetic self, shedding the layers of non serving energies that may have built up over time. By releasing these energetic burdens, you can remove all non serving energy from your life, which will inevitably result in increased well-being and better health. If no one has never asked if what we're feeling is our issue or someone else's we automatically assume it's ours. With simple breathing techniques we can learn to be aware of when it's other people's worries and fears; and let go of it with compassion. |
Who is this workshop for?
|
Crockett created this workshop after noticing a regular imbalance in complimentary therapists who came to him. Often they hadn't been taught how to properly disconnect from their clients after a treatment, hadn't yet learned how to hold their boundaries, or were still energetically connected to them weeks later.
Although the exercises originally came from his training in western energy field healing (efh), he also saw similarities taught in traditional eastern medicine and shamanic teachings from all over the world. Sarah and Crockett now teach these exercises based on Japanese shiatsu and western energy healing in a way that's easier for a 21st century audience to learn and use daily for their own wellbeing. |
